Check-in is from 15:00 (Chuenislodge 2) or 17:00 (Chuenislodge 1 & 3). Check-out is by 10:00 or 11:00 depending on your lodge. Early arrivals and late departures may be arranged in advance subject to availability — just get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00. Our lodges are nestled in a peaceful Alpine neighbourhood and we ask all guests to be mindful of neighbours and fellow travellers. Music, gatherings, and celebrations are very welcome — just keep the volume considerate after 10 pm.

Smoking of any kind — including e-cigarettes and vaping — is strictly prohibited inside all lodges. Smoking is permitted on the outdoor terrace or balcony. Please use the provided ashtray and ensure no embers are left unattended. A cleaning surcharge may apply if this rule is not observed.

Each lodge accommodates a maximum of 6 guests across 70 m². Bringing additional unregistered guests or pets requires prior written approval from the host. Please contact us before your stay and we will always try to find the best solution for your group.

Please treat the lodge and its furnishings with care. Final cleaning is included in your stay, but we ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition — dishes washed, rubbish in the bins, and the fireplace safely extinguished before departure. Any damages should be reported to the host promptly.
